Our subscription program is designed to help you stay consistent with your Glow Kitty™ Probiotic Gummies, while giving you the freedom to manage, pause, or cancel anytime.
Clear Subscription Disclosure
When shopping on our website, all subscription options are clearly shown and must be manually selected before checkout.
By selecting the subscription option, you agree to receive your Glow Kitty™ Probiotic Gummies every 30 days at the discounted subscriber price.
Subscription details are displayed throughout your purchase journey for full visibility:
• On the product page
• In your cart drawer
• During checkout
By completing your purchase with the subscription option selected, you agree to these terms and authorize us to automatically process and ship your order every 30 days from your original purchase date.
Billing & Renewal Schedule
Your selected payment method will be automatically charged every 30 days.
Each new order will ship on or near the same date as your first purchase.
Example:
If your first order was placed on October 10th, 2025, your next orders will automatically process on November 10th, December 10th, and so on.
You’ll receive an upcoming subscription email 3 days prior to your renewal as wee as an email confirmation each time your subscription renews.
Cancellation & Flexibility
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time — there are no hidden fees or commitments.
Subscription Policy – Flexible Billing & Cancellation
By enrolling in any Glow Kitty™ subscription plan (“Subscription”), you agree to the following terms:
Flexible Commitment
Glow Kitty™ subscriptions are designed to be flexible and commitment-free.
You may cancel, skip, pause, or modify your subscription at any time.
Billing
Your subscription will automatically renew on the schedule selected at checkout (e.g., every 30 days).
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method unless canceled before the next billing date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal.
To avoid being charged for the next order, cancellations must be completed before your renewal date.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Modifications
You may update:
• Delivery frequency
• Shipping address
• Products
• Payment details
• Skip or pause upcoming orders
All changes must be made before your next billing date.
Subscription Discounts
Subscriber discounts (including but not limited to percentage savings, bundles, free gifts, or subscriber-only promotions) are reserved for active subscribers. Glow Kitty™ reserves the right to revoke promotional benefits or refuse service in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, personal care products (including Glow Kitty™ Cranberry Probiotic Gummies) are non-refundable once processed, shipped or opened. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
“Cancel Anytime” Statement
Glow Kitty™ subscriptions can be canceled anytime with no fees or penalties.
How to manage your subscription:
• Self-Service: Log in to your Glow Kitty™ account using the same email you used at checkout. From there, select “Manage Subscriptions” to view, modify, skip, or cancel anytime.
• Need assistance? Our support team is happy to help — simply email us at Support@officialglowkitty.com and we’ll handle it for you.
Important Cancellation Timing
Please make any changes or cancellations at least 2 business day before your next billing date to avoid being charged for your upcoming shipment.
If your renewal has already been processed and shipped prior to cancellation, we’re unable to offer a refund for that shipment, as you had a full 30-day window to adjust your plan before renewal.
